• Curriculum support and educational materials that will allow up to 5 teachers in Volusia County Schools to conduct innovative, enriching classroom projects designed to boost student achievement.
• An Empowering tutoring program for low achieving students by matching dollars that schools raise privately.

Principals= $1000

• A drop-out prevention opportunity for 5 at-risk students in FUTURES Turn-Around program.
• A year of participation for 3 high achieving VolusiaCounty high school junior in the leadership development program Tomorrow's Leaders.
• Curriculum support and educational materials that will allow up to 2 teachers in VolusiaCountySchools to conduct remedial and/or enrichment classroom projects designed to boost student achievement.

Teachers=$500

• Recognition for 20 teachers at our Teacher of the Year Celebration and 10 students through FUTURES Achievers program.
• Recognition for 5 First Year teachers for their outstanding teaching abilities.
• An opportunity for 20 community leaders to experience, review, and provide feedback on improvement/efficiency for the Volusia County School District with the Superintendent and school board members.
• Curriculum support and educational materials and classroom supplies for 1 teacher enabling him/her to conduct remedial and/or enrichment programs designed to boost student achievement.
