FUTURES Foundation for Volusia County Schools received a $3,189.43contribution from AMSCOT "Just A Dollar" campaign throughthe Consortium of Florida Education Foundation for the"FUTURES Mini-Grant Program". The Mini-Grant Program willprovide classroom, remedial and enhancement activities forstudents, in the core curriculum areas of reading, mathematics,science, and technology.
FUTURES Foundation is a nonprofit, direct funding organizationfounded to support Volusia County Schools. The organization'sboard of directors consists of business and community leaders whoraise funds for needed programs, for which tax money is notavailable, in the public schools.
