FUTURES welcomes the school year by joining in the New Teacher Pre-service

FUTURES had the honor of serving and celebrating 325 new teachers coming in to Volusia County Schools this year! We served breakfast and lunch to kick off their new teaching adventure. We'd like to thank DeLand High School for hosting, Florida Credit Union for sponsoring lunch, Superintendent Tom Russell and School Board Chairman Linda Cuthbert for greeting new teachers and to our FUTURES Board members John Mark Adkison and Amy Ringue, our student volunteers and staff members for all the hard work they put in for this event to run smooth. Teachers, we hope you have a great first year!
