Things to know for online shopping:

• For online shopping AND in-person shopping, teachers are permitted to select up to 10 different items.
• One (1) item could mean multiple things! For example, each order of crayons will include 2 boxes of 24-pack crayons.
• Items will be packed and mailed through the school district interoffice mail system. Please be patient with delivery time; we will do our best to prepare your order ASAP once it is placed.
• Each teacher will be limited to one in-person or online shop per semester.

Things to know for “in person” shopping

• Teachers must bring their VCS photo ID with them to shop. IDs are needed in order to be “checked in” upon arrival to the store.
• We do not allow any shopping guests for in-person shopping. Any guests, including children, family members, friends, pets, etc. will be asked to wait outside. Our store is located in a portable and does not have the capacity to host additional guests.
• For online shopping AND in-person shopping, teachers are permitted to select up to 10 different items. However, in person shoppers will be permitted to select an additional 5 specialty items.
• Please utilize our cancelation option if you are unable to make your shopping time. By canceling, you are allowing another teacher the opportunity to shop, and you avoid a “no show” penalty on your account.
• After two “no show” penalties, the teacher will not be permitted to shop (in-person or online) until the following semester.
• Teachers must have an appointment to shop – we do not allow walk-ins. No substitute shoppers permitted.
• Each teacher will be limited to one in-person or online shop per semester.
